I thought it'd be fun to put all the bits and pieces on Page 7 of your handouts here on the blog so you can either print them out, or use them as starting points for your own journaling. Here we go:
Whoop! Well, those are fun. They're all together on one sheet at the end of this post, as well.
In the meantime, here's a sneak peek of my journal pages and what I did with the quotes:
| Front cover: crumpled brown paper + colouring book page + quote + stamping. |
| Inside front cover: cover from Agora newspaper + Meredith Grey's "Decide" poem. |
| Scraped paint + some highlights from page two of the handouts + a few of the quotes. |
| Collage + washi tape + some drawings + a few more quotes. |
Scraped paint + stenciling + one of my favourite quotes for people who don't think they're artists. Plus a little figure I've been drawing lately. I call her Standing Tall. |
| More collage + washi tape + quotes, plus a question we'd all like the answer to and a list of goals. |
Musing on why we focus on big goals and not little ones. It's a mystery to me. Aren't smaller goals more achievable? It's almost like we're afraid to succeed, right? |
And here's the last page of the handouts:
Well, that's it for January ... next up, February's class will be about love. Self-care, that is. Stay tuned.
