Bonus Post! The Book of General Encouragement

Thought you'd heard the last of me, didn't you? Well ... almost. I want to share one last thing:

I've made a shared class journal which people have been taking home between classes to create journal pages inspired by quotes. Here's how it works: included in the journal kit is a mystery bag of quotes. Each person pulls a quote and then does a journal page inspired by it. If they don't love the first quote they pull, they're free to pull up to two more times till they find one that speaks to them, and then they have to choose one of the three quotes they've pulled.

Well, folks that is well and truly IT for the journaling class this session ... hope to see you again the fall. If any of you are interested in meeting to make some art together over the summer, I do organize a little monthly group of art friends on the third Sunday of each month from noon till 4 pm (drop-in).
