Class 6 ~ Summer of .... well, you decide ...

Not that I think you should over-schedule yourself, but here are your calendar pages for July and August. In fact, instead of over-scheduling, why not just keep track of how you spent your time over the summer? I've created a space on the July page for you to create a symbol for each of activity (or goal) you might have. Mark them in when they happen and let yourself have a lovely summer without too much stress.

There's one more post to come after this about a special project we've had going on in class, but I have just one more "to do" for you in this post:

I would *love* to have some feedback on how these of art journaling classes are working for you, what you liked, what you didn't (yes, I really want to know!), and whether having the handouts and links posted on the blog is useful for you. The program needs your feedback so we can grow and improve and become more meaningful ~ and that's something we all want.

You could print out the feedback sheet below, or send me your answers in an email, but I really love hearing from you. Kate has asked me back in the fall, and if you know me at all, you know I'm already working on some new creative ways to help us get to those happier, healthier lives we're working towards. Thanks so much for attending the classes - it's been fun sharing with you all ...
