Week 3 - Planning for October

Since it's the beginning of another month, it's time for another calendar. The weather is changing ~ it's getting darker, cooler and windier. But don't let throw you off your goals.


Another thing to consider this month, think about three aspects of your SMART goals. Think about balancing fitness (some kind of regular physical activity) with nutrition (healthy food choices) and inner self-care (putting yourself on your own to do list). The more you life is in balance, the better it will roll.
