Week 3 - Scribble Bird Warm Up

We start off Week 3 with a Scribble Bird exercise ... everyone made a random scribble on a piece of paper and exchanged it someone else in the class, who turned it into a bird. Just a bit of fun to relax our drawing muscles (and expectations) for the rest of the class. Here are a few of our beautiful birds:

What's interesting about the human brain is how quickly and easily we were all able to "see" birds, and then almost as quickly turn those abstract ideas in our heads into something other people recognize as birds.
